Program Consultation & Assistance

I offer program consultation to non-profit social service administrators/staff and early-childhood education administrators/teachers to ensure that: services provided are of high-quality, the staff’s professional needs are being met, licensing/legal requirements are satisfied, and conflicts that arise are successfully resolved.

I also assist agencies/programs during times of crisis or transition, and fill in during supervisor absences/vacancies.

I have provided program consultation and assistance to Encompass Community Services (formerly Santa Cruz Community Counseling Center), Monarch Services (Formerly Defensa de Mujeres/Women’s Crisis Support), Pájaro Valley Prevention & Student Assistance, Inc., Halcyon House, and the Pajaro Valley Unified School District Child Development Program.
